At Calmecoart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@calmecoart.world or use our contact form. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Once we receive and inspect your returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged item, wrong item sent). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or defective plant, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns for plants that have been significantly altered, damaged through improper care, or returned after the 14-day period.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired plant.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
